James A Snyder is a native of the Lehigh Valley and a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Mathematics and Economics. He was also a Fellow in Mathematics at the University of Wisconsin prior to entering the U S Navy during the Viet Nam War.

James has spent his entire post-naval career in the business world specializing in Insurance, Real Estate and Finance. He was an Investment Banker and Pension Fund Advisor prior to starting his Life, Health and Annuity Insurance business back in 2003. He got interested in Insurance when he returned to Pennsylvania to help look after his aging parents. James’ wonderful and brilliant mother, Elizabeth turns 94 in May of 2010 and still lives at home with James and his beautiful wife, Maxine.

He has two grown daughters, both living in State College, PA and two all-american grandchildren who are part Dutch, Irish, Italian, Lithuanian, French and German.
